| This lung biopsy shows a typical epithelioid granuloma with numerous Langhams giant cells and epithelioid histiocytes. Such granulomas are typical of sarcoidosis but are never diagnostic. Diagnosis depends on exclusion of infection and an appropriate clinical setting. | |
