Mission
The mission of the Office of Strategic Planning and Analysis is to:
- support the development and execution of the Dean's strategic plan,
- facilitate strategic decision-making via thoughtful, data-driven analyses of division operations,
- prepare the multi-year, comprehensive financial plan to determine the impact of management-driven and market-oriented change on results,
- manage the planning and negotiation of tenure and tenure-track faculty recruitments,
- coordinate the institutional research function by responding to cross-functional surveys with accuracy and timeliness,
- creatively apply management concepts to improve efficiency, instill accountability and plan responsible growth.
