Mission

The mission of the Office of Strategic Planning &Analysis is to:

support the development & execution of the Dean’s strategic plan,
facilitate strategic decision-making via thoughtful, data-driven analyses of division operations,
prepare the multi-year, comprehensive financial plan to determine the impact of management-driven and market-oriented change on results,
manage the planning and negotiation of tenure & tenure-track faculty recruitments,
coordinate the institutional research function by responding to cross-functional surveys with accuracy & timeliness,
creatively apply management concepts to improve efficiency, instill accountability and plan responsible growth.
