Stephanie Parade's research focuses on human development at the intersection of individual and family contextual risk. Parade currently has two lines of research: 1) identifying the processes by which family relationships influence adult close relationships and psychopathology; and 2) examining links between family relationships, parental psychopathology, and infant social and emotional health.
Biography
Stephanie Parade received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She completed a T32 postdoctoral fellowship in developmental psychopathology at the Bradley Research Center and joined the faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior in 2012.
