I conduct research in pediatric obesity management and treatment. My interest has been in understanding the factors that contribute to childhood obesity at the individual and family level. I am currently engaged in the behavioral treatment of childhood obesity and exploring other modalities that can enhance the effectiveness of this treatment. I am also interested in improving provider management of obesity in the outpatient setting.
