Biography

I am currently a full-time clinician at RICBT (www.ricbt.com). I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. My interests lie in all areas of psychology, especially anxiety disorders. My approach to treatment is to help people be more willing to accept the thoughts and feelings they so desperately seek to escape and avoid. It is an approach that is consistent with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
