Research Description

1. We are currently undergoing a large study of men who are having a prostate biopsy to possibly diagnos cancer. The men are ~ evenly divided into two groups: benign and cancer. We are studying the bone health and hormone melieu of these two groups looking for particularly differences in bone health.
2. We are about to start a study on measuring the cognitive health of a large cohort of men on ADT. We will administer various tests to measure their cognitive function before and treatment and over time to look for subtle changes.
