Biography
Eileen Johnson, Ph.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist, practicing primarily in Warwick, Rhode Island. Dr Johnson is the neuropsychologist at the Rehabilitation Center at Kent Hospital, a 20 bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. Dr. Johnson evaluates patients with a variety of medical conditions that impact cognition, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, dementia, and encephalopathy. She is also a consulting psychologist in an outpatient addiction medicine program, Medical Assisted Recovery, Inc. In that setting, Dr. Johnson conducts neuropsychological evaluations and individual therapy with patients recovering from alcohol and opiate addiction. Dr. Johnson received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and she completed her internship and two year post-doctoral fellowship in geriatric neuropsychology at Brown University. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University.
