Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR)
In 2008, the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at Brown University was awarded a small seed grant from the National Postdoc Association for the project titled ‘'Bringing Home RCR" for Postdoctoral trainees in the BioMed Division. This grant allowed us to develop these resources for postdocs. As a result, all predoctoral, and now postdoctoral, trainees have access to:
- RCR and ethics training integrated into ongoing professional development activities in the Division of Biology and Medicine;
- An informational brochure and website resources on RCR training;
- Evaluation and survey instruments with which to document RCR training and measure its impact.
