Postdoc Search Process

The EEO/AA Office recommends that all departments continue to utilize Chapter 10 of the Policies and Procedures Manual recently updated by the Office of BioMed Faculty Affairs and the Associate Dean of BioMed Faculty.

Attached is a DRAFT version of the Search Request Process to use as a guide to help you complete a search request.

The following forms are required to begin a postdoctoral search:

• Faculty Position Authorization
• Protected Groups List
• Sample Recruitment Letter

The following forms are required at the end a postdoctoral search:

• Search Candidate Form
• Affirmative Action Compliance Report
• Applicant Log
