The following five (5) documents are to be included with the appointment letter that is sent to all NEW postdocs by the department manager or coordinator. The letter for re-appointed postdocs should be sent with only three of the documents as noted with an asterick(*).

• Harrassment Policy* (Section 1 Only)
• Conflict of Interest Policy*
• I-9 Document List: The List of Acceptable Documents indicates which document the Postdoc will need to bring to the Postdoctoral Studies Office for the I-9 process. Postdocs may pre-fill out Section 1 of the Eligibility Form, or wait to fill out the form at the Postdoctoral Studies Office.
