IMPORTANT NOTE – The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) is now requiring that all new submissions be brought in to them no later than five business days (or seven business days (for non-NIH/NSF submissions) if routed through BioMed Grants Administration (BMRA)) prior to the proposal's due date..
