Biography

My program of research is focused on the phenomenology, risk-factors, and treatment of Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) behavior and suicidality. Specifically, I employ ecological momentary assessment research methods to explore the interrelations of mood, cognitions, and behavior associated with NSSI and suicide. Additionally, I am interested in the interface of technology and psychological research, as well as the application of advanced statistical methods to the analysis of longitudinal data.
