Biography

My academic interests are in internal medicine education. I have served as the internal medicine clerkship director at Brown for the past 10 years, and have been active in Clerkship Directors in Internal Medicine, serving as president in 2003. My educational research has focused on developing improved methods of teaching physical diagnosis, case presentation and procedural skills.
