Requesting a Project

Project initiation and planning is a highly complex process, and the Facilities Planning and Operations staff are here to guide you through all the steps. If you should need to request the initiation of a project, they are able to consult with you and offer their expertise in project planning, from working through the initial vision of your project all the way through to managing nuanced details in the planning process.

All new project requests require submittal of a Division of Biology and Medicine Capital Project Request Form. Instructions for completing the form are available here. Completed forms can be mailed to the FPO office, mailbox G-B195.
