For emergency building situations, please call the Facilities Management Service Response Center immediately at extension 3-7800. They can respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For routine maintenance requests, you may also contact the Facilities Management Service Response Center. You can submit a service request on the Facilities Self Service (FSS) web page or by calling Service Response at extension 3-7800.
For sold service operations, including but not limited to: key and lock changes; moves; signage; painting; and additional utilities, such as an electrical outlet, emergency power for highly sensitive equipment, or a tap for RODI water, you should contact BioMed Facilities Planning and Operations at extension 3-2483.
