Information Desks

Resourcefulness is a principal aim of the BioMed Facilities Planning and Operations team, and you'll find that the team's focus on service starts as soon as you walk in the building or pick up the phone. Whether you are a visitor or a building occupant, there are resources right at the entrances to the BioMed Center and 70 Ship Street.

Jennifer Jackson and Jennifer Chretien respond to both phone and in-person inquiries. They greet and offer assistance to visitors conducting business in both the BioMed Complex and 70 Ship Street, including issuing visitor badges.

Visitor Policy: All non-Brown building visitors must sign in at the information desks and wear a visitor badge, issued by the information desk staff. Upon leaving the building, visitors must sign out and leave the badge with the information desk staff.
