Poster Board Rentals

Poster Boards

General Rental Information:

  • BioMed has a total of 30 poster boards available for rental.
  • The poster boards are 96'' (8 feet) wide and 78" (6-1/2 feet) high (roughly 4 feet of fabric covered tackboard on each side, which is 33-1/2"off the floor).
  • The poster boards are on lockable casters for easy movement.
  • The poster boards charge is $40/per board per day.

If your event would like to rent the poster boards from our department, please fill out the form below and email to biomed_facilities@brown.edu or sarah_reed@brown.edu. Someone from our staff will review your information and reply with approval of the rental. The rentals will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once the rental has been approved by our department, a Service Order to Facilities Management will be generated by us for transporting poster boards to your event, and the requester will be copied as a secondary contact.

BioMed Facilities Planning & Operations will II a charge to your account the day after your event for the rental fee. There will be a separate charge billed to your account from Facilities Management for the transport of the boards.
