The AKTAprime Plus Liquid Chromatography system can be used to fractionate a sample using the techniques of Gel Filtration Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography, or Affinity Chromatography. The eluates are detected by the instrumentation and collected using a fraction collector.
