Every student, every researcher, and every clinician in Brown's Division of Biology and Medicine is in some way supported by philanthropic funding. Without this funding, their work to advance understanding of basic science and disease, to promote humanism in clinical medicine, and to improve the health of local and global communities would not be possible.

Brown is deeply grateful to benefit from the contributions of a dedicated community. The University recognizes the generosity of donors in a number of ways:

• The Scholarship Celebration honors donors of endowed and term medical student scholarships and enables them to connect with their scholarship recipient/s.
• The Brown Medical Annual Fund recognizes its donors through various giving societies and the annual Honor Roll of Donors.
• The Corporate Partners Program connects Alpert Medical School with local corporate leadership and recognizes its donors in a number of highly visible venues.
