Submitting women’s lacrosse sticks for compliance to the IFWLA and/or US LAX standard.

For each model, you will need to submit the following items:

• 1 unstrung head
  
• 1 strung head
  
• 1 shaft
  
• 1 screw used to secure the head to the shaft
  
• Letter requesting evaluation to IFWLA and/or US LAX standard
  
• Purchase order for $600 if we will be evaluating to one standard or $800 if we will be evaluating to both standards
