Overview

The research focus of the lab is musculosketal injury and repair. The research projects in the lab have ranged from studying muscle injury, ligament mechanics, to in vivo joint kinematics. The research is supported by NIH, by the Department of Orthopaedics, and by industry. In addition to laboratory personnel, orthopaedic residents, medical students, and Brown undergraduate and graduate students are actively involved in the research projects.
