Welcome to the Bioengineering Laboratory

The Bioengineering Laboratory is an academic research facility of Brown Medical School's Department of Orthopaedics. The Lab, and the department, are strategically located between Brown and Rhode Island Hospital, a Lifespan partner, and affiliate of Brown Medical School. The RIH Orthopaedic Foundation Test Facility is affiliated with the Bioengineering Laboratory and serves as a resource for sports and orthopaedic industries, resident and physician training, and the Lab itself.
