Pathways to Pulmonary Fibrosis

Pulmonary fibrosis can be the outcome of non-specific inflammation, granulomas, inhalation of fibrogenic dusts (silica, abestos, talc) and certain quasineoplastic proliferative processes (i.e. Langerhans cell histiocytosis).
