The Community Outreach and Translation Core is an important interface between the research investigators and the patients and their communities. In particular, this core helps engage the community in understanding the potential risks of exposures, and facilitates communication of current scientific understanding and research findings. This core identifies importance resources related to children’s health for the community and provides ethical training to those participating in the research projects.
