Children's Environmental Health Workshop
Community Outreach and Translation Core, Children's Environmental Health Center
This workshop on Children's Environmental Health Issues will be a half-day event focusing on a range of issues affecchildren's health. Our focus will be on set of environmental exposures that are harmful to children. Our main goal is to equip (participants) home visitors (who?) to recognize and with the (knowledge base? tools?) to (properly) assess children's surroundings in order to uncover potential physical chemicals and other hazards and to provide guidance to children and their families on how to avoid or reduce exposures and promote healthy environments for healthy children.
